WHAT is the My City Points Program?

My City Points is a new and exciting program that allows Jumeirah Sirius members to collect Jumeirah Sirius Points at participating brands in the UAE.

To use the My City Points program, you simply create an account on the My City Points website. During sign up, you register your Visa debit or credit card, and then , when you next shop at any of our participating retail outlets, you simply use your registered Visa card and your Jumeirah Sirius Points will automatically be credited to your account.

WHO is eligible for the program?

To collect Jumeirah Sirius Points with My City Points, you need to be a Jumeirah Sirius Member. If you are not yet a member of the Jumeirah Sirius rewards and recognition program, please visit Jumeirah Sirius to register.

Registration

HOW do I register?

To start collecting Jumeirah Sirius Points, you need to create a My City Points account. From the home page of jumeirah.mycitypoints.com, select your shopping destination, click Register, or view offers and then click ‘Activate’ from the Offer pages. You will be prompted to register. You can register any valid Visa debit or credit card. When you have completed the full registration process, you are automatically eligible to collect Jumeirah Sirius Points at participating locations in the UAE.

HOW many Visa credit or debit cards can I register?

When creating an account, you will be able to register a single payment card so you can start collecting Jumeirah Sirius Points. After completing registration, you can add up to 9 more Visa credit or debit cards to your account under “My Account” on the My City Points website, immediately or on a subsequent visit to the website.

HOW does My City Points ensure my Visa information is secure?

The My City Points card registration process and payment card vault are PCI DSS certified. Once registered, your card number will never leave the card vault, and only algorithm-generated encrypted values are used for transaction identification purposes. For more information on The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), please visit the Payment Card Industry website.

The My City Points programme and the My City Points secure payment card registration service are provided by OnKard Ltd. OnKard does not charge your credit or debit card at registration and will never charge your credit or debit card in the future. Your card number is used only to identify qualifying transactions at participating brands using state-of-the-art encryption technology.

Collecting Points

HOW do I know where I can collect Jumeirah Sirius Points?

You will collect Jumeirah Sirius Points at all participating brands and the number of Points you will collect is displayed on each of the brand’s pages on the My City Points website.

WHAT if I return an item that I have purchased?

If you return an item that was purchased at a participating brand within the qualifying conditions of the brand’s offer, the “Pending” Jumeirah Sirius Points for that transaction will not be credited to your Jumeirah Sirius account. For a partial return on a multiple-item transaction, the Jumeirah Sirius Points collected for the part of the transaction that still qualifies for after the partial return, will be credited into your account.

WHEN do I start collecting Points?

You will become eligible for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates offers featured on the My City Points website as soon as your registration is completed. Stores will have different types of offers and the specific offer conditions will be displayed on each store’s page on the website. Shortly after a qualifying transaction, you will receive a notification letting you know how many Jumeirah Sirius Points you will receive.

You can browse all available offers on the My City Points website at any time, however, you will need to create an account and register a Visa credit or debit card to start collecting Jumeirah Sirius Points.

Once you have registered a Visa credit or debit card, you will collect Points automatically every time you use that card when shopping or dining out at participating stores in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Awarding Points

WHEN will the Jumeirah Sirius Points be credited to my account?

Jumeirah Sirius Points will appear in your My City Points transaction history on the My City Points website within 24 hours of your transaction and will show as “Pending”. Jumeirah Sirius Points will be credited to your Jumeirah Sirius account on a monthly basis. For each specific transaction, the actual credit of Jumeirah Sirius Points will happen between 30 and 62 days after the transaction, depending on when it happened in the month and each brand’s returns and refunds conditions.

WHOM should I contact when a transaction does not appear on my transaction history?

Please contact the My City Points customer services team if a qualifying transaction does not appear on your transaction history using the contact-us form and you will receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours.

HOW MANY Jumeirah Sirius points will be credited to my account?

The number of Points you will collect is displayed on each of the brand’s pages on the My City Points website. Stores will have different types of offers and the specific offer conditions will be displayed on each store’s page on the website.

WHAT if the Jumeirah Sirius Points are not credited to my account?

Jumeirah Sirius Points will be credited to your Jumeirah Sirius account on a monthly basis, but remember it can take up to 62 days for the reasons mentioned above. Contact The My City Points customer services team if you think your Jumeirah Sirius Points have not been credited in time, using the contact-us form and you will receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours.

WHOM should I contact if I think the number of Jumeirah Sirius Points credited is incorrect?

If you think the number of Jumeirah Sirius Points you should have collected for your transaction is incorrect, please contact the My City Points customer services team using the contact-us form and you will receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours.
